Video Gaming Soul is a site dedicated to news, previews, reviews and any other gaming related topics that sound interesting.

Soul has been playing video games since the age of 3, when a Nintendo Entertainment System came into his life, and still has not recovered.  He is a firm believer that the 90’s were the “Golden Age of Video Games” and continues to hopefully await another such time.

He likes:

• Nintendo.  If Nintendo had a subscription service that guaranteed new console deliveries every year, he would pay for it.
• RPG’s.  From ‘Chrono Trigger’ and ‘Final Fantasy’ things to ‘Dragon Age’ and its amazing universe.  Currently a big player of ‘Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’.
• Action-Adventure.  Big fan of ‘Assassin’s Creed’ up to the end of Black Flag.  It has been “challenging” to play after that.  ‘Batman Arkham’ games are sweet.  When is the next ‘inFamous’ coming out?
• 3rd-person cover shooters.  ‘Uncharted’ and ‘Last of Us’.  Come on, Naughty Dog, give us more.
• Mobile pickup and drop titles.  As attractive as some Nintendo 3DS titles are, Soul has a really hard time committing much time to them.  Now, good iOS/Android games that allow short spurt play sessions will keep his attention for a few weeks at a time.

He dislikes:

• Tuna.  Keeps tasting it every couple of years and it still does not do it for him.
